Iam having snoring problem after delivery. Iam 79kg . Is my weight problem for snoring???

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. No snoring is not related to weight so try sleeping on left side and if your nose is blocked then steam inhalation will help avd put nasal drops and avoid stress as well take care

I do not know what is your height and how much overweight you are currently but for a woman who is less than the height of 58 or 57 this is definitely overweight Suyash sometimes it could be due to heavy weight and sometimes it could be just due to some changes in the body
