iam fifth month pregnant iam not gaining weight .only 400 grams gained till now should I worry?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mam, Are you having morning sickness, or vomiting , loss of appetite as such as that are quite a reason for it , at least a weight gain of 3 to 4 kgs is necesarry
