iam a working women can i sit straight in bed and work in laptop? whether it will impact baby postion and heart beat? please confirm iam 11 weeks pregnant

A. hi yes you can but take small breaks in between your work it is important stretch your arms ,legs and rotate your neck gently to relive muscles and avoid stress that is caused by siting in same position. take support behind your back while sitting
