#AskTheExpert my heart beat fast even while sitting and not doing work and after eating i can not even stand for 1 min heart beat fast and unable to breath properly it happen daily

In such case you should definitely consult the doctor about it because Dr can only advise you will after examining you. And having some blood test. You should not take any sort of medication and maintain a proper diet it can also be because of weakness in body
