iam 28 weeks pregnant and baby movements are very very less comparing to yesterday day I can't feel my baby movements and I also having a slight pain in my abdomen.is it normal

If you are feeling around 8 to 10 movements in a day that is enough. But if you are not feeling this much movement of your baby and in such case you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because your doctor can only advise you well after examining you and baby
