Q.
i went to washroom after 2days so i has to pull my slf for washroom by that time i have a pain on right abdominal ..and i got c-section delivery it been 2months

If the pain is severe then you have to consult a surgeon at once and get your self evaluated.
You should take high fiber diet and also you should have taken medications instead of pulling it out

please keep yourself well hydrated
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
