i want to start solids and bottle feed, bcos i am feeling stressed by doing breastfeed again and again. feeling so much tired and low. pls advise

You can start giving solids and water to your baby only once your baby turned six months old in that I am baby should be totally on mother’s milk. In such case you can start giving formula milk to your baby formula milk is the best alternative of mother’s milk. Even it also contains all the nutrition is baby need in regular diet
