A. ello parent Have small and frequent meals Three large meals and 2 snacks Do minimum 12 hrs fasting like if u had dinner at 8 in evening then have next meals at 8 am next morning Start tour lunch and dinner with salad Have more vegetables daal or paneer or rajma chana chola with meals and less of roti and rice Replace roti with jowar bajra oats twice in a week Restrict the intake of bread biscuits, fried food, namkeen, sweets, sugar and packaged food Workout for 45 mins daily Water 2l per day Have jeera or ajwain water on empty stomach

A. Hi parent zwalk more , Practice yogasana Don't use packaged and processed food, maida , sugar and RO water for drinking usage. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered. Eat couple of bites less than what you really want to.
