i want to know one thing mam, what can i do to increase Brest milk mam i havw 2nd baby she is now 6 months old

Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm.
Increase the water intake and drink adequate milk as this helps to improve lactation.
The more you feed the more milk production will be there.
