Q.

I’ve been trying to add more fiber and omega-3s to my diet, and I’ve heard that chia seeds are a great source. However, I’m not sure about the best ways to incorporate them into my meals. Do you have any simple recipes or tips for using chia seeds in a way that’s both tasty and easy? Also, which brand of chia seeds do you recommend for the best quality? Thanks in advance

A. Try EAT Anytime chia seeds. they are pure and authentic. you can start ur morning by having overnight soaked chia seeds in water. and also u can add these amazing chia seeds with oats meal.

You should actually look for different recipes online you can make Chia seed pudding Chia seeds smoothies you can just soak them overnight in the water can have directly in the morning these are some ways that you can use it further if you’re looking for good recipes you can definitely check online for that

A. Yes chia seeds are great source of Omega 3 and antioxidants. I use the EAT Anytime chia seeds as it has the best quality the local market ones are not good at all so I would highly recommend you this EAT Anytime brand and I usually soak it overnight in a glass of. water and have it in the morning
