I used besan powder for my baby bath ,I found small rashes under his stomach and it disappeared with in minutes.same day at evening I found rashes on his stomach chest and upper hands .I didn't take him to the bath and I applied coconut oil ,later it spread to his legs and full hands and upper part of his back.Now it is like red patch on the body .what's the issue
