i took extra dose of iron while pregnancy, ant side effect happens?

Iron is just a supplement it is not going to create any problem to you in anyways if your doctor has given it twice maybe they have given it on the basis of the level of Iron and your body maybe you need those two shots anyways it is not going to have any negative impact on so don’t worry about it
