You are very right this is not looking like a diaper this is looking like some kind of allergy infection or fungal infection okay so you should apply Boroline antiseptic cream every time like every 4 to 5 hours keep this area open and if you don’t feel it getting within better within about 3 to 5 days then please consult your doctor
