I think my son (5 year 4 months)accidentally swallowed his first baby tooth.. and he look all fine..should I need to worry.. ?

it's okay..
there's no problem if your kid is showing no signs of food pipe or airway obstruction.
usually the ingested milk tooth will be expelled out in stool within 4-5 days.
