Q.
I stopped breast mill only before 4 days. But my girl is waking up early morning 3or 4 am and crying for milk. How to solve this. Pls any one help me. she is not at all taking any other milk. so what to do now

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. if the child is not taking milk you can go for milk products which can be added in regular diet.
you can also add mix cereals and pulses with milk and also you can make a porridge.
you can give milk with fruits as well as fruit salad or custard
you can go for milk products like paneer , curd which are equally beneficial as well as lassis
at the end if the child is consuming all other foods except milk thens also no need to worry because other food item are also nutritious
