I sleep late at night since my girl doesn't sleep ...so waking up early morning is not possible. I feed her 4-5 times before I wake up fully, only after I wake up I eat, eating late in the morning will it cause gas or acidity for my girl....

A. yes your health routine will affect both of you at the same time, you need to take care of yourself too , take healthy and nutritious diet amd make a diet chart for yourself. if not able to take proper food eat some fruits, vegetables, daal etc .
