I recently purchase cethaphil baby cream and cethaphil shampoo + wash but after applying this on baby face & body she got small small pimple on her face

A. hello cetaphil is good brand but if not suitable then use babyhug sebamed or any baby care product made if natural i gredient n chemicak free thay will naintain hydration n keep baby skin soft n smooth
