MaumitaFather of 4 children2 years agoA. hi mommy, you are doing great. this same question I have asked for thousand of times, trust me i did nothing just ate home made foods, and totally have cut off sugar in any form possible, I still can't believe how much I have lost my weight almost after 2 years,
it will definitely take some time but dont worry just do whatever you feel is correct.
one more thing to add here walk everyday for 30 minutes, divide it as per your feasibility, I was doing 15 minutes in the morning and the rest 15 minutes in evening or whenever I got some time, which was very hard to get.
