Q.

I recently had my baby and now he is 4 months old. I had c section delivery on December 26. after that, i had weight gain and belly fat. I want to do exercise and gym to reduce that. I want to know from when I can start that and which exercise I can do so that it will not harm my stitches and health?

A. hi mommy, you are doing great. this same question I have asked for thousand of times, trust me i did nothing just ate home made foods, and totally have cut off sugar in any form possible, I still can't believe how much I have lost my weight almost after 2 years, it will definitely take some time but dont worry just do whatever you feel is correct. one more thing to add here walk everyday for 30 minutes, divide it as per your feasibility, I was doing 15 minutes in the morning and the rest 15 minutes in evening or whenever I got some time, which was very hard to get. all the best to you

A. wait another two months ko fOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
