I opened a new packet of milk powder but it is not dissolving completely in lukewarm water..is it fine or I should discard it?

A. Hello dear parent! Without looking at it it is not possible to understand anything. Check for the package date and expiry. Follow the instructions given while mixing it. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care
