I had opened formula milk powder packet 3 months ago and stored it in air tight container is it safe to use now?

Q. #asktheexperts My baby is 5 months old. When he was 4 months old, I bought lactozen formula milk to feed him, thinking that only my milk is not sufficient for my baby. But my baby did not even drink formula milk. Every time spewed and cried a lot. Then I kept the formula milk in an air tight container. So now after 1 and half month can I give the same open packet formula milk again Or should I buy a new packet?whether it is safe to give my baby open and used formula milk packet after so many days although it was in air tight container?
