i observed a A reddish orange spot is seen in the cloth diaper where he peed ..Is it a matter of concern?

it shd not b of concern
the orange red spot in the diaper is due to urate crystal present in concenterated urine
breastfeed frequently for hydration

Nothing to worry as long as the baby is healthy and active. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand to avoid dehydration. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
