I need to know about exercises which could be done to lose weight as I delivered 2 months back via vaginal delivery

A. if it is Cesarean section you have to wait six months if normal delivery you can start exercising Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. You First should be doing Keagle exercises if your doctor has not advise you to because it will help in tightening of your vaginal muscles and also I would advise you you start exercising or after 3 to 4 months of your delivery you can do it within exercise but do not go for dieting because if you feed then it is going to affect your feed
