I m vegetarian which food is improve Vitamin B12 in my body

A. Hi.. unfortunately there are very less vegetarian foods high in B12 sources.. you can take milk and cheese and some fortified foods.. but if you are clinically deficient the you might need supplements like Macfolate which can be only taken on your doctor's prescription

A. Hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
