Q.

I'm unable to produce milk for breastfeeding my newborn baby after the C-section and it's been 7 days. What should I do?

A. hi please dont give up easily its ok to face this difficulty. But to over come from this ,here i suggest some tips that can help you : - add some food items in diet like sprouted fenugreek seeds , drumstick soup , sweet potato , nuts etc - please offer breastfeeding more which naturally increase your breastmilk supply.
