I m travelling for out of Maharashtra please suggest medicine for shivanya cold and cough syrup

such syrups can be used only if it is prescribed by your pediatrician
so ,please ask your pediatrician , as he or she knows well about your child health.
or if child is not having such symptoms ,simply keep Babyhug rapid relief rub which will help to reduce and treat the mild infection ,it will work as first treatment to prevent the infection
