Q.

I'm the mother of twin baby boys born on 3rd July. my milk production is low and milk produced is also very thick . I'm trying to breast feed them, but it's not even sufficient for single baby ultimately feeding them bottle milk. Are there any ways to improve milk production so that I can raise my boys just on my milk.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and massage your breast before feeding. also you should have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. and increase the intake of garlic ginger and green leaves vegetables in your daily diet. take care
