my baby is 2 months old and I m running out of milk during evening after 7pm. Is my milk production is low? My baby crying a lot due to hunger. I m giving formula milk at that time

breast milk production as devised by the nature is based on demand and supply
more you breastfeed more will be the milk production
so only exclusively breastfeed
if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient
stay calm stress free, have healthy diet good water intake
