Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. many times if it is a confirmed migraine you will have to take medicines intermittently as well as avoid the triggers which is increasing the headache and this will be discussed more appropriately by your treating physician

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you can take paracetamol for pain and this medicine can be taken maximum 4 times but after that meet your doctor because there are multiple causes of headache and migraine has to be ruled out

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Take a good care
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium
