I m suffering from dengue so I m admitted in hospital, due to dengue my platelets getting low yesterday it was 50000 today it is 35000 even after applying drip it is not increasing what to do

I think there is some juice maybe papaya leaf juice or something that really helps in increasing the platelet count but I would recommend you to talk to your doctor they will help whether this juice is going to be correct or not for you to consume also pomegranate and beetroot would be good for
