Q.

I'm safing lack of milk supply. Is it Okey someone else feed my baby in such situation

A. Hello dear parent! Once in a while it is alright. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include roasted makhana, jeera, saunf, methi in the diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
