first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. 
if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding.  pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. 
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child

It Could be lack of supply only which is why your child is tummy is not full so but of course that could be the reason so if you are sure about that your child is hungry so you should start giving formula feeding to the child which is what is going to be beneficial at this age because when you do not have sufficient lactation then formula feeding is going to really help you meeting the appetite of your child
