I m observing very tiny water like blister on my 3month old baby neck. what to do?

Just get it checked with your doctor in order to have better clarity about what exactly does the doctor actually has to examine it in the first place because this way without an assessment even I will not be able to tell you what is it and how do you need to go ahead with that
