Q.

I'm not able to feed my baby exclusively breast milk. So I had to feed her with formula milk more often in a day. From yesterday suddenly my Breast milk decreased and though I pumped both the days only 30ml to 45 ml produced. please help. Kolkata.WB

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet to increase breastmilk supply. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
