first , you need to take a break from your routine and maintain your inner peace
because if you are happy and stress free automatically ,you get your way .
take help from your partner to look after your child
to avoid shouting on him ,first , please practice yogas daily ,it gives you inner peace and make you calm ,even same thing you need to practice to your child.
it will make him calm and chennalize his energy at better place.
