hi... 4 month baby has a new developing immune system which is quite sensitive and it is a good advice to not give him any artificial sweets , let him or her have natural taste , start from home made curd , little bit less salted dal water , little bit fruits juice.*avoid giving him sweetened things , sugar*

Everybody ask about eatin chocolate and sweets during bres feeding??? yes u can have bt low in take of chocolate by nursing mother s not problematic bt high intake can affect infant..sweet s restricted bcz it contains high sugar content
