Q.
I'm mother of 2 months old boy nd feeling less supply of milk...what should I do to increase it naturally. can usage of breast pump improves it??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself better not to do pumping

ASIFMom of a 2 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. yes, pumping the milk using the pump helped me increase the milk supply. You need to pump atleast every 2 hours including night time. The more you pump, the more milk will be produced.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. When you don’t have milk what are you going to express and how the milk is going to increase it’s a misconception that you are having you should actually take Shatavari powder if it helps in increasing your lactation otherwise go for formula milk
