Q.

I m mother of 2.5 months old twins. I m not getting enough milk. I tried everything in home remedies and milk production powders. pls help. I m giving cow milk

A. Start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink plenty of water and start massaging breast towards nipple and apply warm compress and eat a healthy nutritious diet
