Q.

my baby is 2 months old but I m not getting enough milk she is not satisfied with the quantity of milk i m getting what can I do to increase my brest milk

A. drink more water and fill your lunch and dinner with calcium rich food.one thing more important is you have to eat egg omlet in your dinner.

A. U Can I have lactation supplements if they help you in increasing your breast feed then you can continue breastfeeding but as of now if your breast feeding is not sufficient you should start supporting it with formula feeding otherwise it is going to affect the growth of the chat
