ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. massage scalp regularly. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. happens due to hormonal fluctuations.. deficiencies.. dryness.. dehydration.. inadequate sleep and stress
