I'm in my 40th week of pregnancy.. since 4 in the morning I'm feeling contractions in my lower abdomen after every 10 or 15 mins usually for 30-40 seconds... I have no continuous pain in my lower back but feel sometimes mild pain.. my baby movements are normal and I'm feeling bloating in my abdomen too

A. It could be the beginning of your labour. Back pain isn’t compulsory. When it is active labour you start getting them within a couple of minutes only, Consult your doctor
