Q.

i m having spotting in 7th month but my ultrasound is ok dr suggest. me only rest tell me what to do

A. rest plus progesterone. when in doubt get a good ultrasound always done as that will clear n give assurance for the same. you can also get other tests after your gynac consulting so that the abnormalities are detected early on.
