I m getting miss my period after 4month of delivery

Its normal and common due to hormone changes
No need to worry
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
