I m frequently suffering from lump in breast due to clogged milk duct, how should I avoid it and remedies? at present I used to massage it with hot water and after 24-36 hours get relief

A. before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
