Q.

I m completed 3 months of lscs.. can i eat curd now?

A. yes, you can have curd. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. Hello ma’am There is no restriction on card anyways if you want to you could have started eating it from the very beginning itself just the only thing is that if you want to eat curd or any other fruit or anything it should be just a room temperature not straight from the refrigerator
