Q.

I'm breastfeeding mother if I eat something wrong it will effect my baby eg. spice food ,junk food it leads motions to my baby

A. See if you have everything in moderation nothing is going to affect your child because if you eat too much of spicy food too much of junk then maybe there could be a possibility what is 90% of the cases what do you eat is not going to affect your child
