i m applying lacto calamine lotion for body itching but no benefit still there is itching on my body mainly in legs and during night time

A. apply moisturizer and not calamine. in your case medical opinion and examination is required by a dermatologist that is skin specialist. the treatment is usually given for longer duration and regular follow up will be required by the doctor
