Q.

I'm an expecting mother..in my 8 months.. yesterday I got my blood test done and hemoglobin is 8.3.. glucose tested 145..how I can increase my hemoglobin

A. have blood transfusion or injectables oral medication and diet won't work please visit some gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised

The follow foods are all good sources of iron: red meat, oily fish and eggs.green leafy vegetables such as broccoli or spring greens.beans, such as red kidney beans, black-eyed peas, baked beans and chickpeas.soya beans and soya products, such as tofu.nuts and dried fruit, such as dried apricots.
