I m a mother of a 9 month old baby, from last 9 month I don't have my periods is this normal? I m breastfeeding my child.

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very common after delivery. Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after a year, both are normal. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
