Q.

I'm a mother of 19 month old and I want to wean my child. I've tried a lot but my baby is breastfeeding a lot at nights. How can I make him 100% wean?

A. dear it is recommended to continue breastfeeding till 2 years because of nutritional benefit strengthens immunity. night feed is last to go breastfeeding should be stopped gradually for it to be less stressful for you as well as baby give filling meals drop one breastfeed every week father or other family member can help with feeding and putting child to sleep build a bedtime routine that does not revolve around breastfeeding
