I m a breastfeeding mother,my vitamin d3 level is 18,i have pain in legs and hands.what to do can anyone suggest

A. It could also be associated with deficiency of calcium you please get a proper testing done and then you should proceed with the supplements that would be helpful for your nutritional deficiency plus what kind of diet should you follow you should check with your doctor on that
